Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday), processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery times
We offer safe and traceable delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery times
5–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on logistics, holidays or high pressure with shipping companies.
Package tracking
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow the package. If you cannot find the tracking – also check your spam folder.
Shipping cost
We offer free shipping on all orders over 399 SEK. Below this amount, a flat shipping cost of 39 SEK is added.
Shared deliveries
Because we work with multiple warehouses, some products may be shipped separately. You always get tracking for each package at no extra cost.
Delays
Nordelly is not responsible for delays caused by:
* customs handling
* logistical disruptions
* incorrect address information provided by customer
However, we always do our best to help you if something arises.
Incorrect or incomplete address information
If the address cannot be delivered due to incorrect information from the customer, the customer is responsible for new shipping costs. Contact us directly if you have accidentally written the wrong address: 📧 info@nordelly.se
Damaged or lost package
