In case of delays, delivery may take longer - we recommend using your tracking number to track the package. Packages are shipped directly from our partner warehouse, which allows us to offer competitive prices. Please be prepared to wait up to 20 days before contacting customer service in case of delivery issues. If the package is not picked up, we will charge SEK 200 for return shipping and handling.
